## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Experience Design & AI-Native Storytelling
- Craft a consistent executive narrative that brings the company vision to life for C-suite audiences.
- Build an AI-assisted content engine that drafts, personalizes, and adapts briefings to visiting executives’ industries, process data, and priorities.
- Design tailored presentations, messaging frameworks, scripts, and interactive multimedia experiences.

### Living Catalog & Session Curation
- Own an adaptive catalog that evolves with product launches and go-to-market shifts.
- Orchestrate briefing agendas into cohesive narrative arcs across sessions.
- Retire stale content and prototype new experiences.

### Immersive Showcase & Demo Innovation
- Own the creative vision, relevance, and impact of interactive executive briefing showcases.
- Design digital, touch-driven, and spatial experiences that let executives explore their process data.
- Partner with design agencies, creative technologists, and product teams on AR/VR, live data visualization, and interactive installations.
- Establish testing and refresh cadences to ensure showcases run reliably during executive visits.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration & Impact
- Shape session narratives and talking points with speakers and subject-matter experts.
- Track engagement and briefing feedback, connect immersive experiences to pipeline and deal velocity, and optimize the experience strategy.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in content strategy, experience design, executive communications, or product marketing within B2B technology.
- Experience designing high-stakes executive events, immersive experiences, or briefing programs.
- Hands-on experience with experiential or immersive marketing, interactive storytelling, or emerging technology such as AR/VR, spatial computing, and interactive data visualization.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience distilling complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Fluency with generative AI tools for creating, personalizing, and accelerating experiences.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and regional market dynamics.
- Project management skills and the ability to align many stakeholders without direct authority.
