## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with client executives, programmatic partners, and regional leaders to champion Pinterest’s programmatic value.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse sales team focused on programmatic and AdTech solutions.
- Design and execute sales strategies, plans, and programs to drive programmatic third-party demand and AdTech adoption across key markets.
- Represent Pinterest at industry events and executive-level client meetings globally.
- Apply expertise in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, and deal types, to inform go-to-market strategy and deliver scalable client solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product, Measurement, Agency, Creative, Media Strategy, and Engineering teams to create integrated, full-funnel programmatic marketing solutions.
- Analyze performance indicators, track delivery and client success, and evolve sales playbooks to achieve revenue goals.
- Work with internal partners to prioritize product needs, share insights, and drive adoption of new offerings.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital media and AdTech, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams in large-scale management roles.
- Expertise in sales management within online advertising, programmatic ecosystems, and AdTech.
- Deep knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, auction mechanics, deal structures, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive programmatic and AdTech growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions, including clean rooms.
- Experience building efficient workflows and scalable processes.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and influence decisions.
- Experience managing C-level partnerships and leading high-impact initiatives in evolving global environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered advertising solutions, including machine learning-driven targeting, automated bidding, and generative AI applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or sales, or equivalent professional experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $169,344–$296,352 USD.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration twice per week and commutable distance from the New York City office.
