## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and activate qualified Wasabi channel sales partners.
- Present Wasabi’s cloud storage solution and drive adoption of channel programs.
- Build productive relationships with key personnel at partner accounts.
- Maintain joint partner-planning processes covering performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
- Meet assigned sales-volume targets and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate Wasabi and partner resources to sell to end users.
- Maintain strong internal and external communication in accordance with channel rules of engagement.
- Use marketing automation, CRM, and AI tools to identify prospects, track activity, and forecast opportunities.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of technology channel sales experience; storage experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong planning, goal-setting, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, creative, and collaborative.
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

## Nice-to-haves
- Sales training.
- AI certification.

## Compensation
- On-target earnings range: $170,000–$200,000.
- Equity and a comprehensive benefits package are also provided.
