## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and ship complex, consumer-facing applications.
- Balance tradeoffs to make complex decisions in ambiguous startup environments.
- Mentor other engineers.
- Contribute to company culture and engineering practices.

## Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience as a software engineer.
- Experience in engineering organizations with product-focused development cycles.
- Ability to thrive in startup environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in healthcare/senior living domain (preferred).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Effect ecosystem, offline PWAs (IndexedDB, DexieJS, Google Workbox).
- Experience with Scala, Play Framework, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes.
