## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead two autonomous engineering squads simultaneously, maintaining momentum, clarity, ownership, and accountability.
- Drive strategy and delivery for a data and analytics consumer product serving internal and external users.
- Deliver enterprise customer commitments while managing expectations and priority trade-offs.
- Lead discovery, customer validation, requirements definition, development, and successful feature launches.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success on go-to-market strategy, positioning, enablement, and feature adoption.
- Own and communicate roadmaps for both squads, balancing customer requests, technical debt, strategic initiatives, and new product opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, support deals, and align product decisions with business objectives.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing multiple engineering squads or complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with data products, including analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or similar.
- Understanding of data infrastructure, pipelines, or analytics platforms is highly preferred.
- Technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams on data and core product challenges.
- Track record of launching products to market and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive product adoption.
- Customer discovery and validation skills, including conducting interviews, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into product decisions.
