## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Validate account and opportunity data and recommend data-quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot go-to-market (GTM) systems issues and configure new users.
- Design and operationalize process improvements that help customer-facing teams work consistently and at scale.
- Create onboarding programs, sales coaching materials, competitive battlecards, and product-launch materials for AEs, SDRs, and the broader GTM organization.
- Build reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss trends, and revenue forecasts.
- Translate analytics into decisions that improve win rates and deal velocity.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive narratives.
- Builder mindset and comfort creating durable processes in zero-to-one environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $120,000–$130,000, plus equity ownership.
