## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive Search strategy and roadmap in partnership with executive, product, engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build innovative Search features that address user intent, help users find inspiration, browse products, and identify items to purchase.
- Investigate and hypothesize opportunities to improve the quality of the Search experience.
- Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, marketing, legal, strategy, and other product managers to define, measure, and drive execution.

## Requirements
- Strong product sense and ability to collaborate with stakeholders while setting a long-term vision.
- Demonstrated success in product management or related experience, particularly working on AI/ML-based products.
- Ability to lead in ambiguous environments and align across functions, teams, and organizations to deliver on time.
- Strong analytical skills for defining product strategy and making data-informed decisions using quantitative analysis and qualitative user feedback.
- Technical strength and ability to partner closely with engineering teams working with technologies including machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, or equivalent experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in search.

## Compensation
- Base salary: **$114,297–$235,319 USD**.
- Eligible for equity.
