## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Conduct strategic, thoughtful outbound prospecting to upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

## Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across teams.
- Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in a Central and Eastern European language such as Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, or Ukrainian is a strong plus.

## Compensation
- Commission is not guaranteed.
- Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Dublin from another country in Europe.
