## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the founder, product managers, designers, and engineers to navigate trade-offs and build a high-quality product.
- Build critical features with urgency, attention to detail, and maintainable code.
- Own features end-to-end, including product requirements, coding, testing, observability, rollout, and maintenance.

## Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience building complex web applications.
- Passion for building and delivering exceptional products.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong work ethic in a startup environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

## Nice-to-haves

- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Flask.
