## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for datacenter infrastructure engagements from purchase order to commissioning.
- Build executive-level client relationships and manage expectations with status updates.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (IT procurement, engineering, supply chain, construction).
- Own end-to-end progress reporting, dashboards, milestone trackers, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams on technical specifications and deployment.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide VOC feedback.

## Required Qualifications
**Experience**
- 10+ years in strategic account management, program management, or client success in data center/infrastructure.
- Managed complex datacenter projects from procurement to commissioning.
- Orchestrated matrixed organizations for key clients.
- Owned senior-level client relationships with high satisfaction.

**Domain Knowledge**
- IT procurement, vendor management, hardware/software lifecycle.
- Datacenter engineering (power, cooling, structural, network).
- Infrastructure supply chain (lead times, logistics, risks).
- Construction/commissioning processes (testing, certification).

**Skills & Competencies**
- Exceptional organizational skills for multiple workstreams.
- Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Executive presence for C-suite presentations.
- High proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, executive dashboards.
- Analytical mindset for data synthesis.
- Calm under pressure during disruptions.

## Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with hyperscale/colocation clients.
- EPC contracting exposure.
- DCIM tools and datacenter frameworks.
- Technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or delivery management.

## Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year (depending on experience, skills, location).
