## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Open doors for the sales team through cold calling and highly personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage creative account-based campaigns, including messaging, outreach channels, and experimentation.
- Own customer conversations for free-product users and selected demos.
- Nurture prospective customers through events and product updates when timing is not yet right.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, sales, and partnerships teams.
- Own a 10% project outside the core role to help advance the company and build skills for future roles.
- Develop toward a full-cycle sales role, marketing position, or another career path within the company.

## Requirements
- Recent graduate with **0–3 years of experience**.
- Interest in sales or marketing at a high-growth startup.
- Driven, ambitious, disciplined, organized, and able to execute consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable connecting with new people and initiating conversations.
- Builder mentality and enthusiasm for creating processes from the ground up.
