## Responsibilities
- Write performant, well-crafted, tested, and maintainable code across the technical stack.
- Own frontend architecture and plan for scalable, high-quality development.
- Collaborate with Design and Design Engineering to create clear, consistent customer experiences.
- Lead UI/UX topics and mentor teammates in areas of expertise.
- Champion design principles such as smart defaults and connected, familiar experiences.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Specialization in UI/UX for complex applications.
- Strong frontend specialization with willingness to work full-stack when needed.
- Track record of improving frontend quality through mentoring and leading by example.
- Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week.
