## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and test end-to-end specialty care journeys spanning discovery, eligibility, booking, intake, appointment attendance, rebooking, and follow-up.
- Partner with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to define responsibilities, integrations, and patient handoffs.
- Use customer research, funnel data, and experiments to improve booking conversion, appointment completion, repeat bookings, and patient engagement.
- Identify specialty care categories and partner models to pursue, then scale successful MVPs.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, operations, legal, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
- Research patient needs, provider workflows, and partner capabilities through data analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Set long-term specialty-care direction while defining MVPs, experiments, and the operating model required to execute it.
- Drive execution across complex, large-scale product initiatives.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Experience building consumer-facing healthcare, marketplace, or multisided-platform products.
- Experience working with external partners and managing product, operational, and technical dependencies across organizations.
- Experience building and scaling zero-to-one products, including MVP scope, success metrics, and experiments.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows such as insurance, intake, clinical scheduling, care coordination, or prescription fulfillment.
- Experience at a startup or early-stage company, with high ownership, speed, and comfort operating amid ambiguity and limited resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven analytical problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail.
- Action-oriented, hands-on approach to execution.

## Compensation
- NYC base salary: $200,000–$260,000 USD.
- Certain positions may also include variable pay or equity.
