## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling’s platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Use strategic, thoughtful outbound messaging to reach upmarket prospects.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

## Requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.
- Previous sales development or business development experience.

## Nice to have
- Native-level proficiency in one or more Nordic languages, including Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, or Faroese.

## Compensation
- Commission is not guaranteed.

## Work arrangement
- Based in the Dublin office and required to work onsite three days per week.
