## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead development of AI features across product workstreams, beginning with an MCP integration and customer workflow builder.
- Translate decarbonization and building-management challenges into scalable, measurable customer solutions.
- Prioritize long-term growth opportunities alongside near-term product impact.
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and partnerships to align the roadmap with customer and market needs.
- Build shared AI infrastructure while shipping customer-facing features and drive adoption across product teams.
- Engage customers to understand pain points and inform product design and development.
- Use analytics to guide product decisions and monitor KPIs, including model quality, evaluations, latency, and cost.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on product launch and go-to-market execution.
- Manage product stakeholders, expectations, and communications with senior leadership and external partners.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- 2–3 years of experience shipping LLM-powered features to customers.
- Track record of delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world problems.
- Experience engaging customers and translating their needs into product features.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven approach to product strategy and success measurement.
- Collaborative working style and commitment to team success.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York City; hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office.

## Compensation
- Salary: approximately $175,000–$190,000 plus equity.
