## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy, including target markets, client profiles, and service positioning.
- Originate, structure, and close major mandates across the digital infrastructure lifecycle.
- Own pipeline quality, revenue forecasting, and margin discipline.
- Set and enforce delivery standards that ensure technical rigor, consistency, and credibility.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with investors, developers, operators, and strategic partners.
- Establish and oversee a high-performing partner ecosystem to enable global execution with local precision.
- Anticipate market shifts and position Build ahead of structural trends in digital infrastructure.
- Recruit, structure, and develop the team required to scale the vertical sustainably.
- Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and execution capability.
- Represent Build at executive level in high-stakes negotiations and industry settings.
