## Job Description

## What you'll do

- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts with accountability for retention, expansion, and customer success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across clinical, operational, and technology domains.
- Build expansion strategies aligned to customer priorities and strategic initiatives, grounded in measurable value.
- Develop multi-threaded executive relationships across C-suite, IT, clinical operations, and transformation teams.
- Lead account planning, QBRs, forecasting, and deal strategy with rigor and executive clarity.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to accelerate time-to-value and remove friction.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product insights that inform roadmap and GTM strategy.

## What you'll need

- **8+ years** of experience in enterprise account management, strategic accounts, or partnerships within healthcare technology, SaaS, or data/AI platforms.
- Proven success managing large, complex health system or IDN relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of **healthcare data**, **clinical operations**, **EHR workflows**, and **interoperability** (FHIR, HL7, etc.).
- Ability to articulate technical value in business terms, and business value in clinical terms.
- Executive presence, consultative communication, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
- Organized and analytical with strong forecasting capabilities (**Salesforce** proficiency preferred).
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

## Compensation

$380,000 - $440,000 OTE (dependent on experience).
