## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute timely payroll processing, filings, and payments for customers in key countries.
- Resolve issues and communicate with government agencies and external partners.
- Interface directly with customers and resolve payroll issues on their behalf.
- Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure payroll software supports payroll and tax compliance requirements.
- Help address product bugs and issues, including calculation and file-generation errors.
- Ensure internal tooling requirements are prioritized and implemented.
- Process payroll in accordance with company guidelines, social security requirements, legislation, and local tax rules.
- Review and validate payroll calculations.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in global payroll processing.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong Sweden payroll experience.
- Experience running payroll in-house using common Swedish payroll software.
- Understanding of payroll concepts and regulations.
- Experience with payroll-related systems and software.
- Deep understanding of leave entitlements.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience running payroll in other EMEA countries.
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Docs, Sheets, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce queues, JIRA, and Confluence.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed-term contract.
