## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Plan and support industry, hosted, and client events from concept through execution and post-event follow-up.
- Oversee onsite and remote event setup and management, ensuring logistics are executed effectively.
- Liaise with vendors and negotiate sponsorship deals.
- Research relevant industry events and recommend new opportunities aligned with company goals and target audiences.
- Develop and recommend event budgets, marketing plans, and objectives, managing execution within approved plans.
- Lead and coordinate onsite event teams to support customer relationships and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams on collateral, booth design, and related materials.
- Work with external partners, including PR agencies and think tanks, to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Support talent attraction initiatives.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or event management.
- Demonstrated ownership of programs from strategy through execution and post-event analysis.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to analyze quantitative data, forecast impact, assess program effectiveness, and measure ROI.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Excel for attendee tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with emphasis on collaboration, transparency, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week.
