## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for field marketing in key Georgia and Florida markets.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events.
- Lead in-market activations and events with ~40% travel within the Southeast territory.
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing colleagues, and external vendors.
- Focus on high-impact growth opportunities while maintaining strong operational rigor, brand, and product stewardship.
- Design programs to strengthen relationships and build lasting brand equity.

## Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or regional marketing.
- Hands-on experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, sponsorships, and B2B events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and obsession with details.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and vendors.
- Comfortable being on-site, owning execution with confidence and professionalism.
- Based in Georgia or Florida.
- Excited about Steno's mission to transform litigation technology.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Competitive base salary: $70,500 - $90,000.
