## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the preparation, review, and approval of customer contracts, ensuring appropriate revenue recognition under **ASC 606**.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Program Finance on deal structure, contractual terms, and revenue guidance implementation.
- Own and evolve ASC 606 revenue policies, including standalone selling price (SSP) analyses and allocations for new products, pricing models, and contract structures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC 606 and own the end-to-end revenue accounting process.
- Lead technical revenue accounting projects, including SSP analysis, product expansion, and revenue policy development.
- Streamline non-standard contract workflows with Legal and Deal Desk while balancing compliance and business objectives.
- Support internal and external audits, including audit schedules and responses to technical accounting inquiries.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience focused on technical revenue accounting under **ASC 606** and/or **IFRS 15**.
- CPA preferred.
- Deep understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes and how technical accounting decisions affect operations.
- Experience with revenue recognition and OTC systems, such as Salesforce or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and balance technical rigor with operational practicality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in public and private accounting; Big Four experience preferred.
- Revenue recognition experience required.
- Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in SaaS and/or PaaS.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, deliver results, meet expectations, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of general accounting concepts and ASC 606.
- Data-driven and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance protocols.
