## What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs and role requirements across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. Source, engage, and assess world-class design talent, manage full recruitment lifecycle, build diverse pipelines, analyze metrics, ensure fair evaluations, and champion Brex’s employer brand in the design community.

## Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites, and social networks.
- Recruit across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design, and Design Leadership.
- Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios for craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Partner with design leaders to calibrate craft standards, hiring bar, and team composition.
- Coordinate interview processes, including portfolio reviews and design exercises.
- Provide updates on pipeline health and recruiting progress.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, inclusive hiring, and candidate experience.
- Promote Brex’s design employer brand.

## Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting design roles (Product Design, Brand Design) in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing skills with AI tools, recruiting platforms, and creative networks.
- Ability to assess design portfolios, craft, systems thinking, and user-centered methodologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven mindset for metrics and process improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.

## Bonus points
- Experience recruiting design leaders or building design teams.
- Familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis for design roles.
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing for design community.
- Hiring across multiple geographies (US, Canada, LATAM).

## Compensation
Expected salary range: $142,380–$175,941 USD. Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Equity and other compensation may be included.
