> The Senior GTM Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market, general and administrative, enterprise, and operations teams. ## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify creative ways to activate and engage passive talent.
- Use recruiting data to set benchmarks, define metrics, and create targeted recruiting strategies with leadership.
- Develop and execute full-cycle hiring strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Partner with hiring teams to design interview plans that capture the right signals.
- Manage multiple requisitions and active and passive candidates to support long-term hiring goals.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies and recruiting workflows.
- Maintain accurate talent data in Ashby.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment across multiple departments.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
- Experience scaling a high-growth technology company.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Recruiting experience in the software industry.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 annually.
