## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems.
- Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices, React-based user interfaces for internal administration and API developers, and third-party vendor integrations.
- Work with core teams to enhance the framework for multiple languages, currencies, and markets.
- Collaborate with technology leads across regions using synchronous and asynchronous communication.
- Troubleshoot incidents and bugs to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Navigate regulatory requirements and build scalable solutions supporting international growth.
- Serve as operational reliability and engineering lead and act as incident commander during regional business hours.
- Participate in on-call support for engineering projects.
- Support regional recruitment initiatives, cross-functional projects, mentoring, and engineering culture.

## Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Go or similar backend languages and robust system architecture.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams, regulators, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and troubleshoot incidents and bugs.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and software engineering architecture experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies.
- Experience with event-driven design.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in financial markets.
