## Job Description

## Responsibilities
### Project & Customer Leadership
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, training, and transition to long-term support.
- Serve as the single-threaded owner of project delivery, accountable for timelines, scope, risks, and customer experience.
- Define project scope, success criteria, milestones, timelines, roles, and responsibilities with customer stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans and tracking mechanisms.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes, and facilitate customer kickoffs, status calls, and executive updates.

### Project Governance, Risk & Execution
- Establish project governance standards, including status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs), including mitigation plans and escalations.
- Control scope and manage changes while aligning to agreed deliverables.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementations and hold stakeholders accountable for commitments.

### Hardware & Software Deployment
- Guide customers through setup, configuration, and deployment of hardware and SaaS solutions.
- Translate technical and operational requirements into execution plans for customers, installers, and internal teams.
- Align project plans with hardware logistics and field execution.
- Prepare customers for operational readiness and transition to steady-state support.

### Training & Change Management
- Deliver or coordinate targeted training aligned to project milestones.
- Guide organizational change management and adoption across distributed teams.
- Enable customer self-sufficiency through documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Support, Engineering, Product, and Installation teams.
- Orchestrate stakeholders, identify blockers, and drive resolution through escalation paths.
- Improve implementation frameworks, playbooks, and delivery standards.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or enterprise customer-facing roles.
- Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder deployments; hardware and SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong project management discipline across multiple projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks early and drive structured resolution.
- Ability to balance consultative guidance with delivery accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
