## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with advertising partners by proactively sharing performance updates, optimizations, and opportunities.
- Work with internal teams, including Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy, to meet partner objectives and requirements.
- Understand partners’ business goals and translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
- Advise advertisers on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, and measurement.
- Apply Pinterest campaign best practices and optimize campaign setup, performance, and results.
- Interpret and communicate campaign results, troubleshoot campaigns, evaluate digital media performance, and course-correct against agreed metrics.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline campaign management, identify trends, and recommend optimizations at scale.
- Analyze campaign data using AI-powered insights platforms and translate findings into client-success strategies.
- Lead client meetings, present complex solutions clearly, handle objections professionally, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Explain Pinterest advertising products, features, benefits, best practices, and evolving product updates to partners.
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related questions and challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt AI technologies to improve account management and client service.

## Requirements
- Full fluency in Dutch.
- Experience in digital advertising sales, managing high-value relationships, developing strategic learning agendas, and owning client communications.
- Strong performance marketing and analytical skills.
- Experience managing complex client relationships and large workloads in a proactive, solutions-oriented manner.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into routine workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations.
- Expertise in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, campaign optimization, analytical problem-solving, and product or platform knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: €58,931–€103,130.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
- Relocation assistance is available.
