## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Contribute to and scale the day-to-day operation of the transaction enrollment program.
- Establish and continuously improve an enrollment playbook across thousands of payers.
- Interface daily with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to obtain enrollment approvals, improve systems, and scale operations.
- Build and expand a content management system documenting payer-specific enrollment steps, and feed those steps into the operated product and systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and ship improvements to the external enrollments product and internal tooling.
- Define performance metrics and drive them toward industry-leading enrollment automation and throughput.
- Troubleshoot enrollment issues, identify root causes, and manage customer escalations related to missing ERAs.

## Requirements
- Experience building operational processes and programs.
- Technical background and ability to build automations and workflows using available tools.
- Experience in externally facing, client-facing work, ideally in consulting, support, implementation and onboarding, or program management.
- Strong systems mindset and ability to identify process and product gaps.
- Exceptional organization, responsiveness, thoroughness, and ability to manage many concurrent workstreams.
- Resourcefulness, self-motivation, self-discipline, urgency, and proactive communication.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience using AI to support end-to-end automation.
- Experience working with healthcare transaction enrollment, payers, clearinghouses, claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, or ERAs.
