## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for mission-critical roles across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, product, member experience, and other functions.
- Proactively source candidates through creative outbound strategies.
- Craft personalized outreach tailored to diverse candidate profiles.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition into the interview process.
- Maintain accurate ATS tracking for sourcing activity, outreach, and pipeline health.
- Experiment with sourcing channels, messaging, and approaches to improve response rates and candidate quality.
- Represent the company thoughtfully and compellingly to candidates.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sourcing role in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience at a startup, large technology company, or agency.
- Ability to manage high-volume pipelines across multiple role types.
- Strong written communication and ability to tailor outreach to different audiences.
- Creative, resourceful approach to sourcing.
- Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Interest in startups, fintech, and building teams during rapid growth.
