## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead Ahrefs’ marketing efforts for the Indonesian-speaking market.
- Develop and execute localized strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Create and localize blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Manage Indonesia-related content, events, partnerships, and public relations.
- Educate the Indonesian market on SEO, AI Search, and AI Marketing best practices.
- Organize and participate in networking events, conferences, and customer meetups.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize initiatives.
- Report performance to senior leadership.

## Requirements
- Significant experience and demonstrated results in marketing leadership, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Experience localizing content from English-speaking markets for Indonesian-speaking audiences.
- Experience creating promotional materials and organizing local meetups.
- Knowledge of Ahrefs and its application in the Indonesian market.
- Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies in Indonesia, ideally for a global brand entering the market.
- Ability to deliver quick wins while developing a medium- and long-term local strategy as an initial one-person team.
- Excellent content creation and digital marketing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Native Bahasa Indonesia and fluent written and spoken English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SEO or AI visibility.
