## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own revenue responsibilities and quarterly quota for a specific West market territory, independently managing complex and cross-functional deals.
- Build and grow relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers.
- Activate new partners and deepen relationships with the highest-producing brokers and advisors.
- Develop and win strategic Gold Advisor relationships.
- Shape territory strategy with Enterprise, Account Executive, Customer Relationship, and peer Regional Director partners.

## Requirements
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
- Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants.
- Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Interest in improving the healthcare system and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to use AI tools to support effective work.

## Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Target total compensation, including base salary and commission: **$275,000–$300,000**.
- Eligible for an equity incentive plan and benefits package, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, and Teladoc Health.
