## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive execution of people strategies enabling product innovation, engineering excellence, and scalable platform growth in Hivemind organization.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior Engineering leaders, building high-performing, resilient, and scalable technical organizations.
- Align talent strategy with velocity, quality, and long-term technical capability.
- Simplify complexity, build scalable systems, and influence with credibility.

## Required Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- **8+ years** of progressive HR experience, including direct support of Engineering, Product, or technical organizations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior Engineering leaders in a scaling organization.
- Experience operating within a global People function that includes COEs and Shared Services.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets, job architecture, and leveling for engineering roles.
- Experience leveraging HCM systems and people analytics to drive insights and decision-making.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth technology or AI-driven company.
