## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and execute high-stakes global programs end-to-end, from strategy and scoping through project planning, tracking, and change management.
- Drive improvements to operational processes by building systems and workflows that improve business outcomes and top-line metrics.
- Partner with GTM and account leadership to translate regulatory requirements into commercial and trust-building advantages.
- Build and run operating models across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams, aligning distributed workstreams and accountability.
- Prepare strategic reviews for senior stakeholders and manage critical escalations.
- Establish data-driven approaches to gather user feedback and convert insights into product and operational improvements.
- Identify and resolve systemic operational gaps, building scalable internal infrastructure and self-healing processes.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market Strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder project plans and deliverables from inception to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical or regulatory topics to external and senior audiences.
- Experience designing, launching, and scaling cross-functional operating models, feedback loops, and PMO frameworks.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and continuously improve through feedback.

## Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of experience in high-growth technology or fintech environments.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and GTM or Sales teams.
- Experience using data visualization tools and analytical frameworks to support strategic decisions and measure program success.
