## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a global team of Data Engineers and Scientists, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career pathing.
- Coach team members to synthesize complex technical architectures into high-level business strategies for executive stakeholders.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Account Management to bridge technical knowledge gaps and identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Own resource allocation across a diverse portfolio of projects, matching talent to high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and refine internal efficiencies and offerings to reduce manual effort.
- Monitor team capacity against pipeline to support department growth targets.
- Audit project delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation and R&D-led innovation.
- Guide best practices in solution development and client relationships.
- Define performance expectations, ensure accountability, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster supportive working relationships, motivation, and engagement.
- Prioritize direct-report workloads based on customer and business priorities.
- Oversee team work at a high level to ensure timely delivery and quality.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional services or technical consulting, including 1–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- College degree, preferably in Technical Management, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Proven success coaching and mentoring experienced technical resources.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical individual contributors.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize individual workload.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of **$120,000–$140,000 per year**.
