## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Endpoint Management
- Lead the endpoint management strategy for a growing ecosystem of macOS devices.
- Drive zero-touch device provisioning and maintain accurate hardware inventory management.
- Implement and manage endpoint tools, establishing robust device trust frameworks using tools such as Jamf and Okta.

### Identity and Access Management
- Administer, optimize, and scale the Single Sign-On environment.
- Partner with Engineering and Security teams to roll out Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Deploy Device Health Assurance protocols using enterprise tools.

### Scaling Operations and Automation
- Architect and deploy IAM workflows to automate cross-departmental processes with IT Support, Recruiting, and HR.
- Develop proposals and strategies for implementing a Robotic Process Automation platform for back-office operations.
- Audit systems and processes to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.

### Security and Compliance
- Collaborate with Security to architect and maintain a Zero Trust security model using enterprise tools.
- Ensure IT infrastructure meets compliance standards, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
- Manage the issuance and integration of API keys in accordance with internal security policies.
- Oversee and maintain Data Loss Prevention protocols.

### Support and On-Call
- Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex IT support inquiries.
- Participate in an on-call rotation covering approximately 20% of nights and weekends to triage and resolve urgent, system-critical issues.

### First 90 Days
- Complete the project plan for implementing Device Trust.
- Implement or improve at least one automation workflow.
- Evaluate Mac fleet zero-touch provisioning and identify ways to improve efficiency and hardware inventory accuracy.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, or senior escalation-level IT Support professional, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals, including Zero Trust concepts.
- Experience configuring Okta SSO, managing user lifecycles, and using Okta Workflows for advanced automation.
- Enterprise Mac endpoint and macOS administration experience; Jamf experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows that address team bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: **$96,000–$124,500**.
