> This role partners with ANZ Sales Leadership to drive territory, quota, pipeline, and annual planning while improving go-to-market execution. The manager will lead cross-functional initiatives and use AI, Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Tableau to increase sales efficiency.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Partner directly with ANZ Sales Leadership to identify and remove friction from the sales process.
- Provide territory planning, quota structures, and business insights to help leaders achieve targets.
- Work cross-functionally with Partners, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to maximize business outcomes.
- Lead annual sales planning, including headcount, territory design, quota planning, and pipeline targets.
- Integrate AI and Agentic AI workflows into the go-to-market technology stack.
- Optimize Salesforce, Gong, and Clari to improve efficiency and provide predictive insights.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years in a high-intensity business partnering role, preferably in SaaS, Sales Operations, strategy consulting, or Finance.
- Strong self-starting and ownership mindset.
- Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges into project plans and deliver data-driven results under pressure.
- Proficiency with go-to-market technology stacks, such as Gong, Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari.
- AI-first approach to improving operational efficiency.
