## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead event marketing strategy and execution, including audience targeting, multi-channel campaigns, registration drives, and post-event follow-up.
- Manage speaker relationships, briefings, and the speaker experience for Ahrefs Evolve.
- Own creative direction for the global annual conference, including fabrication, booth design, and brand experience.
- Manage sponsorship booth design and creative for field events and regional activations.
- Direct swag concepts, design standards, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate on conference strategy and sponsorship activation planning.
- Manage timelines and creative vendor relationships across multiple concurrent projects.
- Build relationships with communities, partners, and event venues across the US, Europe, and APAC.
- Provide cross-regional creative support for events in Europe and Singapore.
- Track and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, brand impact, and ROI.

## Requirements
- Experience running B2B field marketing programs or event portfolios, including large-scale and grassroots activations.
- Strong event marketing skills, including audience segmentation, campaign mechanics, registration, and engagement.
- Experience managing fabrication, booth design, or brand experience at events.
- Ability to brief designers, manage vendors, and translate a brand into a physical environment.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident decision-making, escalation, and coordination across US, European, and Asian time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including regular trips to Europe and Singapore.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with event technology platforms, including registration, AV, and attendee engagement tools.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or developer and marketer communities.
- Experience supporting or running events across multiple regions.
