## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ClayDRs (SDRs) from the London office in a player-coach role.
- Run call reviews, join live calls, and workshop messaging.
- Own outbound and inbound qualification, pipeline quality, and handoffs to account executives.
- Represent the SDR function to sales leadership through pipeline health, outbound performance, and market insights.
- Define progression standards, build development paths, and invest in each representative’s growth.
- Shape outbound strategy using Clay workflows, signals, and enrichment.
- Build an in-office ClayDR culture.

## Requirements
- **5+ years** of experience in go-to-market roles.
- **2+ years** managing SDR/BDR teams.
- Prior experience in a closing role.
- Experience coaching through hands-on participation in sales calls.
- Credibility with sales leadership and the ability to communicate pipeline, performance, and market signals.
- Familiarity with modern go-to-market tooling and AI-driven prospecting.
- A builder mentality and willingness to shape team operations.
- Willingness to work in the office **5 days per week**.
