## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the success of partner-led implementation projects, driving shared ownership with channel partners to achieve the best client outcomes.
- Oversee and guide partner projects, ensuring shared implementation frameworks and methodologies are established and followed throughout client onboarding.
- Coordinate communication between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams to ensure effective project delivery and seamless transitions at key project milestones.
- Assess and take responsibility for the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance.
- Serve as the primary resource for partners, supporting their technical and business needs.
- Guide partners in architecting and onboarding supported integrations.
- Serve as an escalation point for Support personnel regarding technical issues.
- Use technical and industry expertise to lead partner engagements that transition clients and their data onto Addepar.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to scale the Partnership Services program.
- Educate Services, Sales, and Marketing teams about Partnership offerings, fit, and standard methodologies; help create documentation, training, and enablement materials.
- Set, lead, and communicate expectations internally and externally.
- Prioritize and context-switch effectively across simultaneous projects, seeing each through to completion.
- Meticulously document work and influence others to do the same.
- Improve processes and tools as the partner and client base expands.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services or consulting in related client- or partner-facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience implementing Addepar clients.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Independence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for training and communicating with clients by email, phone, and in-person, in individual and group settings.
- Passion for technology and finance.
- Experience with programming or scripting, specifically Python.
- Occasional travel.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with investment management software implementations.
- Project management experience.
