## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Guide, inspire, and move teams and clients through graphic design.
- Art direct and deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Create brand identities and full brand implementations.
- Develop graphics for retail spaces, packaging, workbooks, publications, rapid consumer-testing prototypes, business ecosystem illustrations, exhibition graphics, user interfaces, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with industrial designers, design researchers, business designers, and interaction designers on complex challenges.
- Conduct fieldwork and user-empathy activities.

## Requirements
- Experience across multiple communication design fields, including:
  - Brand identity
  - Editorial design
  - Information graphics
  - Typography
  - Packaging design
  - Exhibition design
- Experience working across varied industries and projects; international-market experience preferred.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continually develop design craft.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, dynamic, and non-hierarchical environments.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
