## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions.
- Create coherent experiences across OpenTelemetry SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving flexibility for advanced users.
- Identify and eliminate causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry.
- Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across product and engineering teams.
- Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion.
- Partner with Grafana Cloud solution teams to connect telemetry ingestion with meaningful product activation.
- Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams on product narrative, differentiation, launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams.
- Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or a related domain.
- Technical proficiency and ability to communicate product functionality and details to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong, proactive communication skills in a globally distributed environment.
- Ability to lead horizontally across multiple products and engineering teams.
- Ability to use customer research, product data, and market insight to drive product decisions.
- Experience working with AI tools and applying sound judgment to their outputs.
