## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Learn product design practices by working closely with experienced designers.
- Simplify complex healthcare experiences through clear, usable interfaces.
- Support production-ready user flows, interfaces, and interactions across web and mobile.
- Explore ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinicians.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate toward better outcomes.
- Contribute to the design system and design standards.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while working quickly.

## Requirements
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to learn by doing.
- Curiosity about design, systems, and user experiences.
- Intuitive understanding of clear, human, and delightful consumer experiences.
- Bias toward action and iterative improvement.
- Care for craft and details.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Familiarity with modern design tools, especially Figma.
- Online portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and work.
- Must be based in the United States.
