## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts.
- Engage C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
- Own the professional services lifecycle, including deal strategy, proposals, SOWs, closing opportunities, delivery, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with account executives, solution engineers, legal, deal desk, sales, partners, and delivery organizations to scope and sell services.
- Drive bookings, utilization, consumption, revenue forecasting, and expense-management targets.
- Lead teams, manage project outcomes and financials, resolve escalations, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Education Services on training delivery and with delivery partners on project execution.
- Develop market expertise and contribute to internal process improvements.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales and services delivery, or a similar executive-facing role involving complex technical implementation projects, roadmapping, and revenue forecasting.
- Experience interfacing with executives and managing multiple projects independently.
- Strong understanding of data-enabled business solutions, such as customer data platforms, data sharing, AI, and personalization.
- Proven record of meeting bookings, utilization, consumption, or similar targets.
- Ability to translate effectively across internal teams and customer organizations, define programs and milestones, allocate resources, and deliver on time.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Big Four or boutique strategy consulting experience, preferably with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a client-support or technical advisory role, such as solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager.
- Experience designing, leading, influencing, and selling functional solutions or cross-functional digital transformations.
