## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing, inclusive pre-sales team of technical Solutions Architects across the APJ region.
- Foster belonging, continuous learning, and psychological safety while reflecting customer focus, teamwork, and diversity.
- Work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven, value-focused solutions.
- Establish best practices that improve team efficiency, collaboration, and business impact.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and partners as a strategic advisor in their digital transformation journeys.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the company on the regional leadership team and contribute to its local presence and inclusive culture.
