## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop a point of view on Replit’s partner landscape and build a prioritized pipeline across consumer tooling, AI tooling, cloud and infrastructure, and payments technology.
- Lead partnerships from exploration through product thesis, business case, commercial terms, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partner Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver shipped outcomes.
- Scope integrations, demos, prototypes, reference applications, and partner enablement assets with Partner Engineers.
- Define and track launch success metrics, including retained usage, applications created, deployments, revenue, and partner-sourced users.
- Build operating systems such as partner scorecards, launch checklists, roadmap tracking, and opportunity-evaluation frameworks.
- Represent partner needs internally and recommend roadmap changes when they create clear user leverage.

## Requirements
- Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and launching strategic partnerships.
- Strong product judgment and ability to assess partnership-driven roadmap opportunities.
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, cloud and deployment, databases, LLMs, agents, and developer workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with Replit or comparable AI-native developer tools; able to build credible demos and prototypes.
- Ability to manage ambiguous, multi-party processes from discovery through agreement, launch, and measurement.
- Credibility with senior external partners and internal engineers.
- Strong written and verbal communication.

## Nice-to-haves
- Background in AI, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, API companies, or creative/productivity software.
- Experience with MCP-style integrations, agent workflows, or AI model and tooling ecosystems.
- Founder, product management, developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical business development experience.
