## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage project plans for marketing initiatives, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder ownership.
- Drive day-to-day execution of campaigns, launches, and operational projects.
- Identify risks, blockers, process gaps, and execution inefficiencies; proactively drive resolution.
- Communicate project status, timelines, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.
- Improve project-management workflows, documentation, and team-coordination practices.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Execute strategies defined by project drivers while working within team OKRs and resource plans.
- Apply an understanding of user needs to campaign execution and delivery.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing specialist or marketing project manager role at a B2B company.
- Experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, campaign execution, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and changing requirements.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, accountability, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project-management tools, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting.
- Foundational understanding of sprints, Kanban boards, and general project-management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Figma, Glean, ChatGPT, and digital asset management systems.
