## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers building and maintaining data pipelines and analytical models.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations on scalable data solutions and reporting.
- Establish data best practices, governance, and quality standards.
- Design and optimize data analytics infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
- Oversee project prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder communication.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dbt.
- Experience architecting and scaling data transformation pipelines in a modern cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, testing, and documentation.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering data-driven business impact.
- Experience leading and developing high-performance technical teams.
- Demonstrated drive and proactivity.
