> The Solutions Engineer partners with enterprise account executives across the Gulf to lead technical discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, solution architecture, and early implementation for cybersecurity sales. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales experience, cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and English fluency; Arabic is preferred.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical leader on enterprise sales cycles across the Gulf region, partnering with Account Executives from discovery through close.
- Lead technical discovery and translate prospect environments, security stacks, and business drivers into tailored solution architectures.
- Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations for enterprise and government buying committees.
- Design architectures integrating with existing security tooling and address complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Own technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
- Identify strategic enterprise accounts and expansion opportunities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and broader Gulf markets.
- Support post-sale technical handoff and early implementation in partnership with support and customer success teams.
- Develop sales engineering enablement materials, including demo scripts, technical guides, and competitive positioning.
- Relay enterprise customer feedback to product management and engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Maintain records of technical engagements, deal support, and account activity.
- Use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar technical role supporting enterprise technology sales.
- Expertise in at least one of networking, network security, cybersecurity, private/public cloud security, SOC/endpoint, or SASE.
- Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple buying centers, technical stakeholders, and multi-product solutions.
- Experience selling, implementing, or supporting SaaS offerings strongly preferred.
- Experience architecting cybersecurity solutions and influencing senior technical and business stakeholders preferred.
- Hands-on experience with product installations, configurations, technical evaluations, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while managing multiple active opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical objections.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Gulf/META region.

## Nice-to-haves
- Public sector or government procurement experience.
- Prior cybersecurity solution architecture experience.
