> The Solutions Consultant will lead discovery, product demonstrations, trials, and implementations for enterprise crypto, fintech, and financial-institution customers across APAC. The role requires 3–6+ years of pre-sales experience, crypto compliance knowledge, API and integration expertise, and strong consultative communication skills.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead tailored product demos and best-practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders.
- Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring technical success, adoption, and measurable value delivery.
- Support new-business and upsell opportunities with pre-sales expertise throughout the enterprise customer journey.
- Map complex customer workflows, particularly for high-value or strategically important clients.
- Lead discovery conversations to identify compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points.
- Translate technical concepts into commercial benefits for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and maintain product-demo best practices with commercial teams.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product and API documentation to resolve customer queries and manage prospect conversations.
- Design and execute implementation plans based on customers’ compliance and technical objectives.
- Identify and solve integration challenges across customers’ risk and compliance architectures.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due-diligence requests.
- Act as a technical point of contact for strategic partners, supporting integrations, joint solution development, and co-selling.
- Collaborate with Product and Intelligence teams on blockchain-intelligence examples and use cases.
- Translate analytical data and findings into sales-ready talk tracks.
- Work with the Global Policy Group to identify relevant local regulatory requirements.

## Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales within Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech, or RegTech.
- Solid understanding of the crypto industry and compliance landscape, including AML, sanctions, VASPs, and MiCA.
- Proven experience running product demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong discovery and consultative skills, with the ability to build trust and uncover customer needs.
- Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and delivering or implementing complex technology products for enterprise clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills, including demonstrated speaking experience.
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement of demo environments, workflows, customer playbooks, and reusable content.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with blockchain analytics, crypto transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence.
- Experience working with banks and enterprise financial institutions in solution-based roles.
- Fluency in another language; Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
- Experience automating internal processes with AI, scripting, or innovative tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, AI-enhanced productivity apps, Zapier, Notion, or data-visualization tools.
- Coding or scripting experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation, API testing, or light prototyping.
