## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own conference strategy, customer dinners, executive events, customer office visits, and unforgettable experiences.
- Strengthen relationships with largest customers and generate new pipeline.
- Build a repeatable engine that frees sales team to spend more time with customers.
- Make every in-person interaction more thoughtful, memorable, and impactful.
- Drive revenue through field marketing as a primary go-to-market channel.

## Requirements
- Full-time NYC-based role, working in person with the team five days per week.
- Experience building field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.

## Compensation
- Cash compensation: $90,000–$140,000 depending on experience and level.
- Includes meaningful equity.
