## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Localize global messaging, campaigns, and value propositions for regional customer segments, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Align regional priorities with the central marketing organization and share market insights to inform broader strategy.
- Partner with regional sales and account management teams on market-specific enablement materials and local customer proof points.
- Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, content, and outbound channels.
- Support local marketing events and field marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and generate pipeline.
- Surface regional insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Measure program performance and optimize campaigns for return on investment.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing.
- Fluent English and native-level German.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience aligning marketing strategy with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience operating cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior sales or regional leadership.
- Experience supporting or executing local events, field marketing initiatives, or customer activations.
- Analytical mindset and experience using performance data to drive optimization and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting SMB and enterprise go-to-market motions.
- Multi-region or localized marketing strategy experience.
- Experience partnering with sales leadership or regional general managers.
